holi!

saturday and sunday are holi days! holi is the celebration of colors. everyone wears something they wouldn't mind getting permanently tye-dyed and you go outside and throw bright powdered colors at everyone! i had a packet of pink powder, and once i made it outside, all these hands covered my face and hair and body with the colors they had: green, blue, purple, red, pink, yellow. i was a masterpeice by the end of it :)

and after all of this, they pour water on you. i was trying to avoid it, but as it turns out, you can't avoid anything on holi.
